8 years ago my dr told me that i had adrenal fatigue and something was wrong with them. Dr told me to get a vitamin called ADRENAPLEX i took 1 a day and got my energy back.

My wife is the one that gives me the stress and the sleep apnea got it from when I was in the hospital because they don't let you to sleep

It's so weird that something so simple and taken for granted can be healing and most people need one and don't even know it. The last time I got a hug was about a year ago. My ex wife came in town to visit some of her family and we saw each other briefly. We hugged to say goodbye. I was so stressed out, depressed and mentally drained. That brief meaningful hug helped me decompress and take a deep breath. We should all get hugged atleast twice a week. It would change the world.
